We've all been there, getting the perfect winged liner in the morning only to have it smudged under your eyes by the end of the day. Try our trick of layering multiple liners and products to achieve smudge proof liner all day long.
Start off by mapping out your wing for that perfect cat eye. Using a gel pot liner and angled brush, trace it out and fill in the line for an opaque black line. For a clean and precise line, go over the edges with a felt tip liner. Lastly, using a black eyeshadow and an angled brush, pat the color on top of the liner to set it like you would set your face makeup. This makes it so that any oils from your skin won't break down the liners underneath.
